Is the vision still clear?

One of the most important question we must ask ourselves regularly is “What are we trying to do/achieve?”
We can be so full of activities that we will get to a point that our vision get lost in the midst of it all.
Activities have a way of clouding vision. We must know that the programs/meetings that we do are vehicles and not in themselves what we are doing.
Also if we do not know the importance of those seemingly irrelevant meetings, our programs, letters that we write, proposals that we submit, group chats that we do, trainings that we run etc, we wouldn’t not place premium on them.
We will be waiting for the big breaks. We will not see how all these activities add up to fulfil the vision being pursued.
If your role is to place a call to someone and you don’t because you feel it isn’t important to the vision, you would have slowed down the success rate of the group. Nothing is too insignificant when it is directed at the vision you are pursuing.
So the questions to answer are; what am I trying to do? What I am doing daily, is it taking me towards the vision I have set? Am I giving enough attention to the little things that matter greatly to the fulfilment of the vision?
As a member of the team, am I bringing valuable contribution to the table? Will you say you are giving your best? How can you improve on your effort? Are you concerned about the little details or you are waiting for the big breaks?
Can you still the vision clearly?
Think about it.
