Our first way of learning is observation.
The only way a baby learn is through observation, it observes the face, the mood and the attitude of the people around.
As the baby grows, he or she learns the norms of the environment, the language, the way of dressing, etc

Observation is an important way to learn on your job. While people observe naturally, choosing to observe to infer purposeful knowledge is a skill to be developed.

When this skill is well developed in you, you become reliable and valuable for making sound decisions.
