Vision: – Raise men who are priests, kings, correct husbands, brothers and responsible fathers.
Mission: – The Fellowship will strive to achieve its vision by:
• Fostering a supportive believer’s community for men to connect, share experiences, and grow together.
• Providing opportunities for personal development through workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
• Encouraging men to discover their passions and pursue goals that contribute to their sense of purpose.
• Promoting positive male role models and fostering healthy masculinity.
• Engaging in community service and social responsibility initiatives.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The following Code of Conduct has been established to guide the behavior and interactions of all members of the Men’s Fellowship.
This fellowship is founded on principles of integrity, accountability, and brotherhood, and it is essential that each member commits to upholding these values.
1. Integrity and Purity
• Every member must maintain integrity in all areas of life, including relationships and conduct.
• Members must remain pure in thoughts and actions, particularly regarding their relationships with women.
• Emotional or physical relationships with any woman other than one’s wife are strictly prohibited.
2. Accountability and Vulnerability
• Every man is accountable to every other member of the group. This fellowship is built on mutual trust and openness.
• Each member must be willing to be vulnerable, opening up about personal struggles and seeking support from fellow members.
• Members are required to be men of their word, upholding honesty in all situations and telling the truth at all times.
3. Commitment to Marital Fidelity
• One’s wife should be the member’s best friend and confidant.
• Members’ wives have the right to report any concerns or wrongdoing to the group.
• Upon marriage, members are required to renew their membership vows, and their wives must sign their membership forms.
4. Teachability and Humility
• All members must remain teachable and open to correction from fellow members.
• The group reserves the right to decide on appropriate disciplinary actions for any disobedience or breach of the code.
5. Health and Well-being
• Each member must undergo a comprehensive health check-up at least once a year.
• Members are required to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle, both physically and spiritually.
6. Mandatory Participation and Presence
• When summoned by the fellowship, members are obligated to attend.
• Unannounced home visits may be conducted to ensure that each member is upholding the fellowship’s standards.
7. Spiritual and Legal Commitment
• To be a member, one must be a practicing believer who displays the fruits of the spirit in their daily life.
• Each member must remain on the safe side of the law and demonstrate compliance with legal standards.
8. Honor, Respect, and Equality
• Honor and respect for all members is mandatory. No member is superior to another, and all men are considered equal.
• There must be no gossip, and under no circumstances should physical confrontations occur.
9. Financial and Personal Development Commitment
• Members are required to make a financial contribution every month to support the activities of the fellowship.
• Financial challenge should never be a reason to stay away from the fellowship.
• Each member must also commit to personal development and continuous growth.
10. Spiritual Discipline
• Quiet time and personal devotion are basic requirements for membership.
• The word of God will serve as the final authority in resolving any disputes or matters within the group.
11. Brotherhood and Support
• Members are encouraged to support one another in times of need, offering help where necessary.
• The group exists to build each other up in love, unity, and growth as men of faith.
